Chris Breen is an emeritus associate professor at the UCT Graduate School of
Business and the director of the Leading Executive Programme.
Every one is a leader! We are all here to do the work and be awake on the
planet.
This is the calling of the new era, to be conscious and creative, to
develop self awareness, and to find new ways to integrate our knowledge.
We are all in an unpredictable place and are dealing with what feels like
random change.
We need to start to trust our inner knowing and aligning ourselves with what
feels right and to allow our innate creative energy to flow.
Then we can trust that we are doing the best we can by utilizing as much
action in all
honesty.
Choosing the path of non judgment, frees us to move forward and make choices
that will lead us to common understanding.

While using the balance labyrinth, choose to let go of judgment, close your
eyes and allow yourself to move forward into freedom of being.
Feel your vulnerability in the centre and then bring yourself back
into the world trusting the direction it takes, is for our ultimate good
