Relaxation 
We all look for a moment we can relax.
Just to take a deep breath…….. and have a moment to ourselves.
This is not about going out to a spa for treatments, or to the pub for a drink.
This is about going inwards and having a moment not to think, be in tone with our feelings of letting go and feeling safe.
One can set the scene……… put on gentle music, dim the lights and be in a quiet space.
Feel comfortable and start by placing your index fingers at the two entrances of your Balance Labyrinth.
Slowly enter the pattern and let the pattern guide you as you move your fingers forward.
Turning the corners and breathing gently and slowly.
Give yourself time……..
Time to be……….
time to relax……..
and time to empty your mind.
In your minds eye watch your hands let them move slowly together and forward to the center.
Once you have reached the center relax your shoulders and breath out .
Stay in the center as long as you like keeping your eyes gently shut.
When you are ready and in your own time, let your two hands move in the path way moving your way out in the direction of the pattern.
Let yourself unwind and let go till you have completed the journey.
You will know when you are at the end as you will be trusting the pathway.
This will prepare you for a relaxation and gathering of yourself with a clear mind.
Now you are relaxed and can enjoy and remember the feeling of containment. This should give you strength to complete your day and to carry yourself with clarity in a relaxed manor.
Now that you know the feeling, relaxation is a state of being which you can choose at anytime to experience
