Thanks for lending me your handheld labyrinth. I’ve had great fun with it at work - in particular my DeafBlind client, Desmond, has really enjoyed it.
For simplicity of communication (he only uses finger spelling), I introduced it as a “MAZE”. He immediately explored it with curiosity - and followed the path once I’d shown him the entrancepoint. Like many of us, he gets lost along the way and sometimes ends up at the beginning. He finds this funny and frustrating! when he gets to the centre he is elated.
